Concept
First of all, I start by defining the main idea. Think about what I need, the functionalities, the content of the project, the targets ... and so on.
Plan
The plan is like the most important. Here, I work on the UI/UX Design and I do mockups. It's a global and defined view of what we will have at the end.
Interface design
I use Photoshop (the most often) and/or Illustrator. I still have in mind the aim of the project. Design is not an accident, but the result of clever reflections.
Developpement
I do not just type lines of code, I always use my brain to make amazing conception through MVC, patterns, OOP and using appropriated technologies.
Kick off
Before the final launch of the product, I must achieve a final step. Actually, I have to make some tests, resolve remaining problems, bugs and so on.
SEO, Communication
The project is not over when it has been kicked off, it has to live for a long time. Think about SEO works and control results to improve them.
